Classes at Our Studio

Stowe Yoga Center is a community studio that offers beginner-friendly classes. Each class begins with a balanced warm-up including all areas of the body. We then progress through standing, seated, and floor poses (poses or asanas are usually held in 4-5 breaths). Our practice ends with guided and silent meditation.

The breath is a key bridge in the practice of yoga. It unites our inner experience, linking consciousness, physical sensation, and shifting emotions with our own deeper spiritual awareness, thus opening to the presence of the Divine.

Drop-ins are welcome; mats are available. Single classes are $15, and a 10-class card is $120 (no expiration). Private or Custom classes are $60 at our Studio. We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards.
